At Belavie, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it easily. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our return and cancellation policy.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused and original condition. This means:

- No signs of wear, washing, or damage
- All original tags and packaging must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions can not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@boutique-belavie.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (and any damage, if applicable)
- Your full name
- Your shipping address

Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the overseas return address and shipping methods. Returns sent without prior approval can not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Please note: Our warehouse is located in China, which may involve additional international shipping costs.

The total return cost may vary depending on the product type, quantity, and the sender’s location. A small restocking and handling fee may apply to returned items to help cover processing costs.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Any applicable restocking fee (e.g. $10 per item) will be deducted from the total refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.


Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are possible. Please contact us at info@boutique-belavie.com with your order number and details of the product you’d like to exchange. We will guide you through the process.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 1 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed. Our processing time is 1 hour. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible, as the order will already be in the shipping process. If you still do not wish to keep the product, you can return it following our return policy.
