How do I track my order?

Once the package has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

You can then easily enter it on the Track Your Order page.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

Due to a high volume of orders, processing times may take a little longer than usual.

To ensure smooth delivery, we follow these guidelines:

- 24–72 business hours

- 3–8 business days, depending on your location and current order volume

What are the return conditions?

Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team at info@boutique-belavie.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

This step is required to register your return. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted. Return costs and risks are the customer's responsibility.

Note: Do not send the return package without contacting us first. We must first create an internal return request to start the refund process.
